Garmisch Ski Weekend

This past weekend, we took a quick ski trip to Garmisch to put our new ski equipment to use. We stayed for a second time at Landhaus Hohe Tannen, a 100 year-old B&B that provides a comfortable and quaint setting in this sleepy ski town.

On Day 1, we skied most of the blue and red runs in the Kreuzech area.

On Day 2, we headed up the Alpspitze Bahn for some more backcountry scenery. Compared to our trip to Garmisch last year, there was a lot more snow!

Although we were very sore after 1 1/2 days of skiing, we hope that this last-minute trip helped to prepare us for our more lengthy ski trip to Austria in January!
