After leaving Zaanse Schans, we drove to the Keukenhof flower garden located near Lisse, Holland. We had originally planned to leave the historic village earlier to see the Tulip parade; however, we decided to arrive after the parade in the hopes that traffic would be lighter and crowds would be dying down. Well, the parade was definitely over when neared the garden, but traffic was awful! It took forever to even get to the entrance and we almost turned around and left for home because the garden was going to be closing. Luckily, we found a parking spot outside of the gardens and booked it until we reached the gates. We had about 45 minutes to view all of the beautiful flowers, which may seem like plenty of time- But this place is huge! Here is a sampling of the garden for your viewing pleasure: These flowers are called "German Flag" 360 Degree Video
